04License Plate and Vehicle Information

Our locations use license plate recognition cameras and RFID tag readers to identify member vehicles for entry. By signing up for membership, you authorize us to capture and store your license plate information and RFID tag data for the purpose of verifying your membership at our lanes and operating our services. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPRESS WASH AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

This limitation applies to claims arising from the Website only. Liability related to our car wash services or Daily Wash Club membership is addressed in the Membership Agreement and applicable posted policies.
