How does the annual plan save me money?
You pay for 10 months and get 12 — a flat 16% discount versus monthly billing. That's between $49.90 and $89.90 in savings depending on the wash level you choose.
Where can I use my annual plan?
Your annual plan works at all four Express Wash locations along the I-4 corridor: Tampa, Lakeland, Kissimmee, and Longwood. One plan, four tunnels — wash wherever you are.
Why do I have to pick a Home Base when I sign up?
Your Home Base is just where your account is set up for billing and customer support — it doesn't restrict where you can wash. Pick the location closest to you, and you can use your plan at any Express Wash tunnel.
What does each tier include?
Standard includes our base wash with clear coat, wheel cleaner, triple foam, and tire shine. Premium adds wax, rain repel, and wheel brightener. Ultimate adds ceramic protection. Diamond is our top-tier unlimited club with graphene protection — wash as many times as you want, every day.
Are annual plans refundable?
No. Annual plans are non-refundable. Please choose your plan and vehicle carefully before signing up.
What happens at the end of 12 months?
Your annual plan automatically renews at the annual rate so your wash protection never lapses. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime before your renewal date through the Membership Portal or by contacting your home store.
Can I transfer the plan to a different car?
Annual plans are tied to a specific vehicle and license plate. Contact us if you need to discuss a vehicle change.
